ACCOUNTS MANAGER

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Opus Marketing. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities also include project management, strategy development, coordination with internal teams, reporting, and effective problem-solving to meet client needs and to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field

• Experience in marketing, account management, or advertising (or experience in the food/hospitality industry)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships

• A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for helping people succeed

• Experience in marketing and project management is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with occasional in-office collaboration

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
